Drive to Route 3 in Tambon Noen Pra Municipality, Rayong to 554 Sukhumvit Road. - Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards - Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service - Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements - Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns - Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel - Establish targets, schedules, policies and procedures - Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork - Minimum of 4 years experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages. - Culinary or food service management degree may be advantageous. - In-depth knowledge of the food industry. - Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software. - Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets. - Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to forecast food and beverage needs. - Excellent customer service skills. - Great delegation skills. - 2 days off per week - Public Holiday - Annual Leave - Social Security - Health / Life Insurance - Hotel Uniform - Meal at the Great Room - Learning & Development Program
