**About the position**:
**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Initiate / design E-Commerce Operation process, provide requirements / business cases / to development team e.g. operation activities at contact center / warehouse / logistic partner, cut of time, operation SLA, commination and customer feedback
- Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure quality and SLA of online store order delivery
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Utilize logistics IT to optimize shipping and transport procedures, arrange stocking of materials and equipment associate to marketing and fulfillment order e.g. box, envelope, premiums gift, e-vouchers etc, config stock control logic / parameter on E-Commerce platform
- Provide support to all associate activities and ad-hoc operation e.g. fraud monitoring / quarantine suspected fraud order / collect evidence / dispute payment etc.
- Prepare operation reports for upper management
- Manage orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs, Issue PR for operation expenses, reconcile cost, issue GRN, create / verify accrual report
- Analyze / Resolve customer problems on operation at dtac online store within and across teams
- Always maintain optimal level of Customer Service and ensure simplicity in services and ensure compliance to all legal disclaimers and requirements
- Administer / maintain an effective operation process and activities on E-Commerce platform for digital sales and customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in supply chain or related field
- Warehouse | Logistic management experienced
- Proven experience as fulfillment manager or similar role (At least 5-8 years of experience)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively using electronic fulfillment system & inventory management systems
- Required English communication skills both speaking and written
