**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement user growth strategies to enhance user conversion efficiency from user acquisition to long-term retention, boosting key business metrics (e.g. new user registrations, retention, cross sell, churn rate etc).
- Identify core user needs and design AI-driven growth products to drive user growth.
- Develop product roadmaps, set long term and short time goals, and create tailored local market and global market product solutions to improve on user growth and experience.
- Leverage data analysis and user insights to create efficient product features that enhance platform appeal and user stickiness.
- Collaborate with various teams such as campaign, lifecycle marketing, operations, and tech teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities, and iterate solutions to maintain growth product competitiveness in the crypto industry.
- Use agile methodologies to manage the development and deployment of growth initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in user growth or growth hacking related fields in the financial or crypto industry preferred.
- Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis.
- Proficient in growth data and experience using data to inform decision making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
