have received tremendous support from government and private partners, including the privilege of being BOI promoted. With rapid acceleration, HydroNeo already became market leader with its Smart Farm Management System that helps farmers decrease costs while increasing their productivity, boosting profit, and pushing sustainability.
Due to frequent inquiries from our customers, we have established HydroNeo Solar as a new business activity to serve the aquaculture industry, mainly shrimp farms, with solar solutions.
We have joined forces with two strong partners, the leading solar equipment distributor in SEA as well as a renowned Thai EPC. Our part in this partnership is to generate hot leads and to promote our solar offerings within the industry and among new as well as our existing customers.
For the Marketing and Sales activities, we are looking for a part-/ full-time colleague.
Tasks
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the company's solar products and services
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activity
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media campaigns
- Develop content for the company's website, social media platforms, and other digital channels to generate leads and engage with customers
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell solar systems
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries from interested customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solar system solutions to meet those needs
- Use CRM system to record customer interactions and manage the sales pipeline
- Collaborate closely with our partners to fulfill the customers' needs
- Continuously learn about new solar products and services to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies
- Consult the Management in everything Solar-related
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in Solar is required
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing & Sales is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Native in the Thai language with sufficient English proficiency for internal communication is required for both spoken and written communication
- Strong understanding of solar energy technology and industry trends preferred
- Independent, detail-oriented and persuasive character is preferred
- Familiarity with government incentives and policies related to solar energy
- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
- Experience in aquaculture/ shrimp farming industry is a plus
