**In this position you will....**

Drive effective collaboration with bolttech and partner teams to identify training needs and build training programs (instructor lead, self-paced, virtual and hybrid) that positively impact sales performance. You will also lead training programs and content development in collaboration with Sales, Product and Marketing to support new partner launches and existing partner initiatives. Also you will ensure continuous improvement of training content and programs through systematic evaluation, analysis, and use data to continuously improve sales performance.

**You will be responsible for**
- Working with the Thai Sales team to develop a Sales training plan to support new and existing partners deliver the sales budget
- Collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and partner teams to develop effective training content and programs, including product training, sales skills training for new partner launches and existing partner initiatives
- Building strong relationships with Sales leadership teams to complete training needs and skill gaps analysis and build training deliverables and content around them
- Creating training content for instructor lead, self-paced and virtual training programs. Including interactive role plays and in-store sales strategies and tips.
- Delivering sales training to the targeted audience by training teams. Ensuring sales teams are equipped with product knowledge, sales process and selling skills to effectively communicate the value of bolttech products and drive sales performance.
- Analyzing key metrics around training deployment, learner engagement, training feedback, quality of delivery, competency levels, knowledge retention behavior changes and efficacy of training programs on sales productivity
- Following the training SOP for training content development, approval and management
- Innovating and constantly reviewing processes for efficiency, scale, or quality improvements.
- Keeping abreast of market trends, new training tools / platforms and best practices to continuously improve bolttech training solutions.
- Use data and insight to generate ideas to improve bolttech training. Setting up and running experiments to optimize.
- Establishing yourself as the Thai Sales Training expert within bolttech, developing and delivering impactful training programs

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- 5+ years of experience in building and delivering effective sales training programs that have demonstrable impact on sales growth
- Experience in implementation, execution, and management of sales training for retail, consumer and/or telco programs. You bring deep knowledge of the retail customers and sales practices
- Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then make it happen.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in designing training content and leading virtual and in-person training
- Analytical, with high data literacy and able to analysis data to measure effectiveness of training and identify trends
