**VIVIN GROCERY is a Grocery and restaurant in Ekkamai and Asok. We are focused on Made in Thailand, artisan, local, organic and natural products.**

**Responsibilities**:The Shop & Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing activities that are part of the production of goods and services. Direct responsibilities include managing operations processes, planning, control, & performance improvement.**

**The Shop & Restaurant Manager will be required to work on the floor.**

**Job Scope**:
**Quality Control**:

- **Overseeing service**:

- **Problem Solving; handling any complications & customer complaints,
***stock/product/dish issues etc.**
**Purchasing**:

- **Stock management (input & output)**:

- **Shelflife overlook and management**:

- **Purchase orders to various suppliers**
**Customer service**:

- **Serve customers & Upsell**:

- **Collect retail customers informations**:

- **Manage website: New products creation / Updates of various promotions**:

- **Partners websites & apps updates Foodpanda, Lineman, Grab (Robinhood, GoJek)**
**Human Resources**:

- **Operation team training**:

- **Operation staff recruitment**:

- **Operation roster**
**Administration**:

- **Provide information (sales summary) to Administration Manager for Bank reconciliation for monthly retail sales (KBank, BBL) & invoicing**:

- **Manage Partners relations (Orgbox, Foodpanda, Lineman, Grab, Robinhood, GoJek, Lazada)**
- **Coordinate In-house messenger**:

- **dispatch order & daily task**:

- **Horeca sales support as necessary**:

- **Development and Management of Standard of Procedures development (SOP)**:

- **Cover shift for Shop & Restaurant when imperative***:
