Marketing Project Manager

**In this position you will....**
drive the sales target and customer lifetime values. Spearheading the customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives. Lead and execute the digital marketing, growth strategies, retail activation and CRM systems, business expansion, optimizing customer engagement, and enhancing overall brand loyalty.
**You will be responsible for**
- Devising and implementing data-driven growth strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Identifying new opportunities for growth, including market segments, product offerings, and distribution channels. Analyzing online insurance market and industry trends to define the most appropriate campaigns and promotional activities and extract insights from data to inform decision-making and refine strategies.
- Overseeing the implementation and utilization of CRM systems to enhance customer interactions, retention, and personalized experiences.
- Developing and executing customer segmentation strategies for targeted marketing campaigns to execute comprehensive lead generation campaigns across digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Optimizing conversion funnels to maximize customer lifetime value and marketing ROI.
- Implementing marketing automation workflows to deliver personalized content and offers.
- Utilizing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of growth and CRM initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to align growth and CRM strategies with broader business objectives. Guide other team members on best practice, and work as a team to develop cohesive strategies.
- Building relationships with external partners, affiliates, and industry influencers to expand the brand's reach.
- Developing a content strategy that aligns with growth and CRM goals, delivering value to customers at various stages of the customer journey.
- Ensuring consistent and engaging content distribution across relevant platforms.
- Effectively allocating resourc es within the digital marketing budget to support growth and CRM campaigns, optimizing ROI

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience in online marketing - in a direct-to-consumer business, ecommerce or omnichannel.
- Background in the insurance industry would be preferred.
- Experience in building cohesive digital marketing strategies.
- Possess strong leadership skills with project and/or team management.
- Google certified would be an advantage, along with certifications in social media platforms or paid media.
- Strong team player, adaptable and versatile in working style.
