**JUNIOR SALE ADMIN (Thailand)**
**Working place**:1788 Singha complex 30th floor, New-Petchaburi Road, Bangkapi, Huaykwang, Bangkok, Thailand
**1. Responsibilities**:
- Prepare quotations, contracts, sales proposals, and relevant documents
- Maintain and update customer information and sales data in CRM systems
- Monitor sales orders, follow up with customers, and coordinate deliveries or service schedules
- Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure proper order processing
- Support the Sales Team with meeting arrangements, calendars, and communications
- Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports for management
- Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and procedures
- Handle general administrative tasks related to the Sales Department
**2. Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- **Good command of English** (both written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of experience in Administrative, Sales Support, or Customer Service roles (Fresh graduates are also welcome if highly organized)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines
