Livestreaming Admin

CREA empowers brands in Southeast Asia through digital commerce, targeting Millennials and Gen Z. We're leaders in FMCG, Beauty and Fashion digital sales, especially on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and set up product displays to ensure they look attractive, perform checklist checks before each live session, including promotions and content preparation.
- Assist the MCs in providing product knowledge and suggestions during livestreams, engage with viewers, support MCs in responding to comments/questions, and keep energy high to maintain a positive and inclusive shopping experience for viewers.
- Monitor scripts and product information to ensure accuracy and provide real-time support during the stream.
- Generate reports on live stream performance metrics (viewership, engagement) for post-analysis.
- Additional tasks as assigned, including live stream coordination & preparation.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a live stream assistant is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, confidence, and good communication.
- Ability to coordinate sales, think on your feet and articulate why customers should buy a product.
- High energy, high spirit, and a happy demeanor, with the ability to create a positive and engaging atmosphere.
- Adaptable, hardworking, responsible, and with a positive attitude.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and shifts.

- 5 days/week (Office based next to BTS - can conveniently commute to Phromphong)
