Our client is a distributor of the supplier in medical field company, now they are seeking for** **Sales Manager** **to join the company.
- Collaborating with a direct manager for setting the budget, sales target, and action plan.
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan to expand customers.
- Managing a team of sales and training staff.
- Monitoring and reviewing the monthly sales staff for the effectiveness of sales events and quality of staff.
- Tracking long-term sales data and presenting performance to upper management.
- Following ethical practices with consumer and customer data.
- Maintaining relationships with key account customers.
- Supervising sales representatives to open and close deals for achieving sales targets.
- Analyzing and predicting the sales volume to evaluate the pre-order.

**Qualifications**
- 30 - 42 years old.
- 3-5 years experience in Sales from medical devices or the medical supply industry.
- Have management skills for 3 years.
- Able to work flexibly under pressure and performance expectations.
- Having own car.
- Good English communication skills.
