**Position**: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

**Department**: People (HR)

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Recruitment & Employer Branding**
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process for full-time employees (FTEs) and interns, collaborating with hiring managers to effectively meet staffing requirements.
- Employer Branding: Develop and execute strategies to promote the company's culture and values, enhancing its reputation to attract top talent.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media presence, creating engaging content to showcase the work environment and recruitment opportunities.

**Business Partnering & Strategic HR Support**
- Collaborate with business units to deliver tailored HR solutions that enhance employee performance and experience across the entire employee cycle. Focus on ensuring a seamless new hire journey from onboarding through probation, aligning with organizational goals.

**Internal SOPs and Knowledge Management**
- Consolidate company SOPs, job descriptions, and knowledge library content to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational goals. Maintain a centralized hub for easy access to accurate, up-to-date, and standardized documents and resources.

**Internal Tools Enablement**
- Assisting the implementation of internal tools (such as internal communication platforms, Miro, Notion, G Suite) and providing training to staff to maximize their utility in day-to-day operations.

**Employee Support & Issue Resolution**
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain a positive work environment.

**Ad-Hoc Projects & HR Initiatives**
- Assisting ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee experience, streamline processes, and align with business goals, ensuring timely and effective execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, HR analytics, performance management, or a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools. Experience in HR software is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A good understanding in overall HR processes is a big plus.
