**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement property-level sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.- Manage key tourist, leisure, corporate group accounts to maximize business opportunities.- Identify and pursue new business prospects through market research, sales calls, and networking.- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs.- Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue, and Front Office to optimize room allocations and pricing.- Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to management.- Lead and mentor Sales Executives/Coordinators to drive team performance.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.- Strong command of English (spoken and written).- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hospitality.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing key accounts.- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and hotel sales software.- Highly motivated, result-driven, and able to work under pressure.
