**Job Detail**:

- Senior Sales & Marketing officer (22K-25K) (SDG-99893)
- เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่ายขายและการตลาด-
- Follows up with customers after receipt of their order, verifies customer satisfaction and resolves any concerns.
- Submits report to sales Manager, Provides weekly activity/reports, Monthly sale reports and Monthly sales forecasts for assigned territory.
- Prepares and updates as required, the company’s sales plan and reports.
- Receives requests by telephone, fax or mail for price quotations/verifications, purchase orders and changes or cancellations directly from customers, answers questions regarding product line, prices, Delivery times, warranty periods, credit/financing arrangements.
- Assists in handling the needs of customer and works with production and Purchasing to expedite or Ensure timely Delivery of scheduled shipments, maintains close with liaison with Other departments to carry order through completion.
- Submits forecast reports to production Control Manager, Provides briefings to sales Manager as necessary or as requested. Performs any Other duties as assigned.
- To support Manager to manage all customer’s QCD evaluation and promote improvement activities.
- Prepares returned goods paperwork, copies of invoice and Delivery receipt to Account and Administration.- ติดตามลูกค้าหลังจากได้รับคำสั่งซื้อ ตรวจสอบความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า และแก้ไขข้อกังวลใดๆ
- ส่งรายงานไปยังผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย จัดเตรียมกิจกรรม/รายงานรายสัปดาห์ รายงานการขายรายเดือน และการคาดการณ์ยอดขายรายเดือนสำหรับพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- จัดทำและอัปเดตแผนการขายและรายงานของบริษัทตามที่กำหนด
- รับคำขอทางโทรศัพท์ โทรสารหรืออีเมลเพื่อขอใบเสนอราคา/การตรวจสอบ ใบสั่งซื้อ และการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือการยกเลิกโดยตรงจากลูกค้า ตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับสายผลิตภัณฑ์ ราคา เวลาการส่งมอบ ระยะเวลาการรับประกัน การจัดการด้านเครดิต/การเงิน
- ช่วยในการจัดการความต้องการของลูกค้าและทำงานร่วมกับการผลิตและการจัดซื้อเพื่อเร่งหรือรับประกันการส่งมอบการจัดส่งตามกำหนดเวลา ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อดำเนินการตามคำสั่งซื้อจนเสร็จสิ้น
- ส่งรายงานการคาดการณ์ไปยังผู้จัดการฝ่ายควบคุมการผลิต ให้ข้อมูลสรุปแก่ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายตามความจำเป็นหรือตามที่ร้องขอ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สนับสนุนผู้จัดการในการจัดการการประเมิน QCD ของลูกค้าทั้งหมดและส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการปรับปรุง
- จัดทำเอกสารการคืนสินค้า สำเนาใบแจ้งหนี้ และใบเสร็จรับเงินส่งไปยังฝ่ายบัญชีและธุรการ
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 27 - 35 years old- Bachelor's degree
- More than 2 -5 years experiences in Sales function in Manufacturing, Electronics part or Automotive industry.
- Good command in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking - to make report and communicate with internal)-
- TOEIC/JLPT scores
- Audio-visual products and automotive electronics
