We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary Operations Team Leader / Chief Editor to spearhead the creation and localization of e-commerce shopping guide content tailored for the Thai market. You'll take the lead in developing a content system from the ground up, working closely with local platforms like Shopee and Lazada, and guiding a team of editors to influence shopping decisions across Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Localization
- Build a localized shopping guide content system for the Thai market.
- Develop SOPs for content production to drive conversion.
- Plan content around trending consumption topics and seasonal events.

E-commerce Integration & Product Selection
- Sync with Shopee and Lazada promotions to publish high-conversion content, coupon strategies, and product rankings.
- Analyze Thai consumer behavior and collaborate with product teams to refine offerings.
- Monitor pricing data to create cost-saving guides and increase purchase intent.

Team Leadership & Cross-Collaboration
- Build and lead a team of 3-5 Thai editors.
- Train, mentor, and enhance the editorial team’s content capabilities and efficiency.
- Align cross-functional goals between Thai and Chinese teams through strong collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Languages: Fluent in Chinese-Thai or English-Thai.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience:

- 3-5 years in copywriting, editing, or content creation.
- At least 2 years of experience in team management.
- Hands-on experience with Thai social media platforms.
- Knowledge or experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
- Skills:

- Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editorial skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural coordination skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and using insights to optimize content.
