We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People Operations Team Lead to join our team. The People Operations Team Lead will play a crucial role and work with the Head of People in managing and enhancing our people and administrative functions. This position is mainly responsible for HRM tasks, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, managing employee records, and supporting recruitment activities, including internship recruitment in collaboration with a junior team member.

**What you will handle**

**HRM, Administrative Tasks, Onboarding, and Offboarding process (50%)**
- Manage and execute HR management tasks, including employee contracts, probation reviews, and performance evaluation
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the company, including document collection and onboarding session.
- Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and necessary paperwork.
- Manage team of 2-3.

**Recruitment Oversight (20%)**
- May require to work on recruitment projects from time to time
- Oversee recruitment functions, particularly internship recruitment, in collaboration with a junior team member.

**Support Company Activities (10%)**
- Support and initiate various company activities to enhance employee engagement and company culture.

**Payroll Support, Reports, and Analytics (10%)**
- Assist in preparing payroll documents and ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
- Maintain and update the organizational structure as required.
- Prepare regular HRM reports and manpower analysis for management review.

**HR Improvement Projects (10%)**
- Identify opportunities for HR process improvements and lead or support projects to enhance HR operations.

**What you have**
- Proven experience in HR management and administrative tasks.
- Working experience with HRIS, ATS, and other automation tools. Be technology oriented
- Experience with setting up or improving HR processes will be advantageous
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong management skills, including team management and project management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
