- At least 10 years of working experience in IT in Software development, database development and Project management. Experience in Programing and Database management is must
- Knowledgeable of RPA Software (UiPath) or other and Google Scripts, Google Database

Responsibilities:An Implementation Manager is responsible for leading a team of software developers in the design, development, and maintenance of software systems. Also, responsible for ensuring that the team delivers high-quality software on time and within budget. Some specific responsibilities include:

- Setting project goals and milestones, and creating project plans to achieve them
- Managing the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Managing and mentoring team members, including setting performance goals and providing performance feedback
- Collaborating with other managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that the software aligns with business goals and meets the needs of end users
- Coordinating with quality assurance and testing teams to ensure that software is tested thoroughly and meets quality standards
- Managing budgets and resource allocation for software development projects
- Staying up-to-date with new software development technologies and methodologies, and implementing them as appropriate
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team
