**About The Job**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to gather data on consumer behavior, preferences, and trends with the help of global research agency
- Analyze research findings to identify key insights and opportunities for growth
- Create and maintain databases to organize research data and insights
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate research findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Identify new research methodologies and tools to enhance research capabilities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing research or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software
- Experience with market research methodologies (e.g., surveys, focus groups, ethnography)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
