- **Create block pattern to standardize the product fit.**:

- **Measure garment sample and evaluate the size spec accuracy.**:

- **Attend fitting section and do the fitting comment, provide suggestion to factory for improve the fit & workmanship, nicely.**:

- **Create size spec sheet and provide full size grading for production.**:

- **Ensure fit comment delivery can hit weekly development milestone from each supplier.**:

- **Conduct garment testing: under company standard requirement.**:

- **Find solution to the problem of quality issue.**

- **Minimum bachelor’s degree, any field.**:

- **Minimum 7 - 10 years of work experience in pattern making under buying apparel brand.**:

- **Strong skills in dealing with oversea suppliers for development, in scope of garment fitting,**

**workmanship, raw material selection, and any quality issue.**
- **Able sew clothes and can recommend sewing techniques to the suppliers.**:

- **Able to communicate in English or Mandarin is a plus.**
