Creation Technician

Reporting to the Senior Flavorist, you will be part of a dynamic team with the challenge to provide support to our commercial activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
To compound formulae and label them for internal use and/or generate data/ product and samples for submission testing/evaluation. To make applied samples requests to Application Labs;
To maintain the raw material stock, accurate labeling and raw material freshness in Creation Lab. To manage the stock of lab supplies and raw material as well as storage of samples prepared and maintain clean and well-organized lab/workplace. To independently operate standard equipment/ procedures to the required level.

To assist the team on specific area of projects by conducting experiments, stability test, producing prototypes; maintaining documentation around product development.

**We value**:
Passion for foods and Taste;
Tertiary degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Chemistry or related field;
0-2 years’ of work experience is required. Direct experience in the Creation Lab would be an advantage;
Well-organized, compliant and disciplined;
Dynamic and fast team-player who can work under tight datelines and pressure;
Fluent in Thai and English is a must.
