- KPIs (Sales & Promotion & Event Activity Achievements)
- Allocate and manage promotional budget across channel to ensure optimize return on investment.
- Provide promotion guideline and rules based on learning from post-evaluation and deliver objectives.
- Suggest price, promotion strategy and mechanic for new product launch and brand activation campaign such as Booth demonstration, Booth Road Map
- To do promotion planning by creating and consolidate in all channels (Domestic, Oversea, Ecommerce)
- Evaluate and review implemented marketing activities for developing future plan
- Analyze promotion campaign, suggest efficiency mechanic or new campaign to meet the needs of customer behavior in order to get the most Incremental sales by using the most worthwhile spending cost.
- Coordinate with cross-functions to implement category plan across channels. (work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Planning to align sales target, marketing communication and, stock inventory together.)
- Monitor and track sales performance compared with target and last year sales by campaign by weekly.
- Capture and know the trend & promotion of various products in the market and competitor in order to offer promotion to compete with competitors.
