- Responsible for maintaining existing customers, building new customer relationships, and closing deals.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options through networking, courtesy and follow-up calls.
- Mapping initial client requirements and finalizing the scope of work with the client and the technical team.
- Sells CRM/ERP solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
- Demonstrate and communicate product specifications and their benefits to customers in an articulate and confident manner.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to analyst the opportunities and sales prospects in the pipeline.
- Develop effective sales plans and methodology.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented, driven to succeed, and possesses a positive and resilient attitude.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in ERP Solutions on the Sales and CRM module.
- Has background in achieving high sales targets and is responsible for being target oriented.
- Can bring a network of past networking experience and connections to the table.
- Good understanding of ERP solutions and other technologies / Good Technical understanding of ERP solutions and Data Analytics (preferable).
- Have good communication and written skills. Being able to communicate in English is preferable.
- Perform all sales target and sales activities.
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.
