**Marketing Manager**

**About the Role**

As **Marketing Manager**, you will oversee and execute the marketing plan, and identity new marketing channels to achieve the project's goal and be able to work with a tight budget and timeline.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing marketing strategy and activities for the company properties in order to meet occupancy target.
- Develop/ execute marketing plans and programs to meet or exceed established KPI's such as revenue, number of partners goals and increase the number of hotels and resorts bookings.
- Using his/her marketing expertise to identity new marketing channels to achieve the project's goal for both domestic and international market
- Develop/ refine the brand positioning, customer segmentation and strategies.
- Develop/ execute digital marketing plan & strategy including but not limited to social media management, website management, content marketing, online advertising and offline advertising, etc
- Manage/ maintain relationships with partners, initiate new sales, and solicit potential clients/ partners e.g, OTAs, hotels and merchandises partners
- Develop/ maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of market position, pricing and rate structures, sales strategies, yield management, booking trends, and future planning
- Prepare reports and analyses that summarize, measure, and evaluate results of marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- 4 + years of experience in hotels and/or related business
- Having knowledge in planning, setting up, testing, controlling and managing promotion/ campaign marketing.
- Skills of customer/ marketing analytics are also preferable.
- Experience of developing strategies across social media, digital marketing, and offline channel.
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas with '˜can - do' attitude
- Strong Thai and English communication. Japanese language is a plus.
- Works well under pressure, proactive, adaptable and fast-moving environment
