- Support on operational tasks to make business smooth, helping Bank Protection coordinate with other functions both internal & external
- Business coordinators take on a variety of tasks
- Handle administrative tasks that involve multiple sectors of the company.

Be FWD contact person on Group Business, gathering requirement from SCBPT and coordinate with corporate care team on quotation and operation on policy issuance

Key Responsibilities:
- Business coordinators make all run smoother, coordinating both internal / external to help the flow of business operations- To handle administrative tasks that involve multiple sectors of the company- To coordinate with IT or other related to resolve service and equipment issues- Provides support to an organization in administrative functions- Arrange booking transportation and accommodation for team member- Coordinate with activities team in any sales events.- Monitoring budget expense and budget control- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems- Responsible on SCBPT Group Business, to be contact person among SCBPT and FWD on quotation and coordinate with operation on policy issuance.- Other assignments
- Baseline Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any fields.-
- Minimum 5 years in Sales support or Sales coordination-
- Experience in Insurance/Banking/Finance-
- Experience in Group Business is preferable-
- Interpersonal skill / communicate effectively to team and partner-
- Problem-solving skills, preparing and storing documents to support the team as well-
- Good in coordinate with other related function-
- Ability to use of Microsoft Offices and having good accounting knowledge-
- Fluent in English both verbal and written-
- Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative
