**About the Job**
- Position Overview_
The position is in charge of the strategic management and day-to-day operations of a Thai fragrance company. You will drive a strategic plan to encourage revenue, profitability, and growth for the business in Thailand while reporting to the country manager. You will also provide strong leadership, precise direction, and guidance to the team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Business Target, Forecasting, and Result_
- In order to reach corporate goals, manage all facets of the sales department, from customer service to developing and putting into practice sales tactics.
- attain sell-in and aid in achieving sell-through sales goals, as well as accurate company planning.
- Produce business results with a focus on net sales and P&L contribution.
- Make sure that sales and expenses are effectively under budget control.
- Business Development_
- Make sure to use all available resources to locate, develop, and enhance market and product penetration.
- Guarantee the successful launch of new products and brands.
- Operational Marketing (Advertising & Promotion, PR, and Merchandising)_
- Monitoring on a regular basis, monthly or quarterly.
- Collecting and analyzing news content.
- Create and implement marketing animations and ideas.
- A&P and A&P spending planning and budgeting should be done properly.
- Verify for effective merchandising guidelines execution and suggest areas for improvement.
- Monitor shelf space and visibility of brands_
- PR insertions and local follow-up in the PR sphere.
- Liaise seamlessly with merchants, principals, and local distributors for implementation mentation of special animations, and promotion.
- Market Analysis_
- Provide data analysis based on consumption.
- Enlighten and assist the company in better comprehending industry dynamics and trends.
- Reporting on brand debuts, animations, and promotions every month.
- Every month, conduct a retail audit. Investigate the tactics used by rivals.
- Relationships_
- Guarantee that our relationships with our suppliers, retailers, and distributors are always productive and beneficial to business.
- To promote communication at all levels within and outside of the firm with a professional and polite approach.
**Requirements**:
- Has at least four (4) years of expertise in all facets of beauty marketing (perfumes and/or cosmetics), including new product briefs, point-of-sale (POS), promotional strategies (creation and implementation), ad production, media plans, and brand presentations.
- Strong command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Evidence of commitment, success, and leadership
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent strategic and analytical thinking and strong knowledge of the market
