iStore iSend เติบโตควบคู่ไปกับ e-marketplace ในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้และเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง ตั้งแต่เริ่มต้น เราได้นำเสนอบริการสนับสนุนธุรกิจอีเคอมเมิร์ซอย่างครบวงจร สำหรับแบรนด์และผู้ค้าปลีก บริการของเรารวมถึงการตั้งค่าร้านค้าออนไลน์ การเริ่มต้นแบรนด์สู่ตลาดออนไลน์ การจัดการร้านค้า การจัดการแคมเปญการตลาดและการเติบโต รายการผลิตภัณฑ์ และการบริการลูกค้า

**หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:
Responsiblities:
A) Inbound Monitoring and Completion
- Constant coordination with the Operations team for inbound slot booking.
- ERC creation and closing of ERC within SLA from Operations.
- Inbound reports consolidating and reporting to clients in a timely manner.

B) PO Consolidation
- Ensure all inbound POs are provided and kept up to date.
- Ensure all physical POs are matching with the system information.
- Consolidate POs information.

C) Manual order processing:

- Assisting Manual Orders creation in the system whenever it’s needed.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for manual orders fulfillment and ensure it’s fulfilled within SLA.

D) Data processing and housekeeping
- Daily/constant update product information, eg: attributes, cost, and price by gathering the required information from KAMs/Clients.
- Catalog update: inactivate/ activate SKUs in a timely manner.

E) Online Platform Seller Store Management:

- Marketing tools creation and maintenance: vouchers/ bundle promo/ Flexi combo.
- Banners request and upload for Store Décor.
- Engagement update: Feed/ CEM creation and posting.

**คุณสมบัติ**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce/ Business Administration Management/ Marketing/ Finance is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years in Customer Service or Business Support function.
- Critical thinker, solve problems by analyzing and evaluating information.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision and in a team environment.
- Fluent in Thai and basic conversational command of English.
- Good Excel skill is required.
- 2 years of experience in retail/ marketing/ E-commerce will be a bonus.
