Key Account Manager

Our client is a rising star of functional drink traders & manufacturers in Thailand.
**Responsibilities**
- Participating in building the channel sales strategy of the company.
- Defining and prioritizing the key customers base on sales, strategic location, and future potential.
- Creating and proposing annual sales plans for key accounts basis experience, historical trends, and market scenarios.
- Focusing and ensuring products in MT & CVS key accounts by ensuring, quality, distribution, visibility, correct pricing, positioning, and quality of promotion execution.
- Preparing, proposing, and controlling the sales budget with financial and resource requirements for achieving the annual sales targets.
- Cascading annual and monthly sales targets to distributor sales teams.
- Setting clear directions for the distributor team, reviewing their work, and handling escalations.
- Supporting the company to plan and execute compelling, highly competitive, proactive, and reactive, distribution plans, commercial strategies, and tactics in support of identified strategic initiatives and frameworks.
- Preparing the monthly promotion plan and managing promotion effectiveness by evaluating (before & after sales trends).
- Being accurate and timely reporting to management.
- Developing and delivering the business review presentations using multiple data sources (customer and internal sales data, external sources on category and channel performance) that summarize past sales performance and communicate plans for the forthcoming period.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, and related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the leadership role of sales / key account management in FMCG and Modern Trade, with a good record of achievement.
- Possess of good network with buyers (core knowledge about their needs and demand) at related categories /knowing conditions.
- Experience from Food & Beverage company is preferable.
- Ability to communicate professionally with good problem-solving skills and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and perform well under pressure, within a limited time frame, and willing to take challenges.
- Good strategic planner with practical solutions with strong negotiation and people management skills.
