**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing value-creating projects aligned with the company and customers' strategic business direction. Create value for the key account through differentiation and cost savings.
- Translating customer vision and strategies to meaningful projects and value-added activities. Overall responsible for determining the right projects that lead to the desired solution. He shall be involved in the process of overseeing several related projects.
- Preparing business cases/proposals on behalf of the company for clients.
- Prioritizing resources across projects, managing links between the projects, overall costs, and the risks of the project.
- Leading planning and execution of requested or emergency processes mandated/requested by clients.
- Participating in the investigation of matters affecting the client. Ensures all incident-related reports are reviewed and consolidated (summarized) before submission to the client. In case of any deviation affecting the client, ensure appropriate action plans are set and implemented with results recorded.
- Acting as a contact person between the company and the client. Prepare presentation materials and references for business meetings.
- Building and maintaining relationships with the client. Ensure the client receives timely feedback on any concerns. As appropriate, providing analysis on behalf of the client.
- Formulating and recommending annual goals to top management and ensuring that an ongoing evaluation system exists to monitor such established goals.
- Participating actively in the formulation of company strategic plans, annual budgets, and periodic business reviews.
- Managing regular departmental meetings to review processes, performance, and issues. Managing and evaluating staffing requirements and conducting people development programs.
- As appointed, communicating and motivating the cross-functional teams to achieve set goals consistently. Monitoring the cross-available team project management plans including status. Seek direction in case of any setbacks.
- Ensuring the projects reach the desired outcome. Ensuring there are regular reviews and clear accountability in place.
- Ensuring that the developed solutions are complete and established.
- For account management, ensure all vital information is cascaded properly and promptly.
- Ensuring all process agreements between the company and client are considered and implemented properly.
- Ensuring all reports submitted to the client are reviewed/validated. As agreed, compile reports on behalf of the company before submission.
- Performing other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistic Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any business-related field.
- 5 years of Managerial experience.
- Strong experience in business analysis and strategy.
- Strong experience in handling customer issues.
- Direct, decisive, driving, friendly, communicative, persuasive, patient, accommodating & analytical.
- Leading, planning & organizing, delegating, coaching, negotiating, and influencing.
- Good interpersonal skills, since the work mainly builds relationships with customers.
- Language: Proficient in English.
