International marketplaces accounts now retrieve more than 50% of the global market share, making it a crucial opportunity for entrepreneurs who want to expand their market abroad. We are dedicated to promoting Thai brands to the global market through leading marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Etsy, with more than 15 years of experience in selling on marketplaces. Our solutions covers opening a store account, online marketing, managing inventory, connecting payment systems, and shipping products to foreign countries. With CloudMall, Cross-border e-commerce will be accessible, cheap, fast, and scalable.

**Position**:Operation e-commerce Intern**

**Department**:CloudMALL**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Manage e-commerce systems, including order processing, product information, shipping details, and issue resolution.
- Handle product returns and exchanges efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve shipping-related issues.
- Accurately record customer interactions and transactions.
- Create promotional materials and engaging content using Canva to attract customers and enhance social media engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to improve the customer experience.
- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process or policy improvements.

**SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**:

- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, eBay, Amazon) is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Canva for designing and creating engaging content.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and adaptable to fast-changing environments.
- Positive attitude, interest in technology, and commitment to excellent customer service.
