**Position: E**-commerce Operation Intern**
**Department**:CloudMALL**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage e-commerce systems, including order processing, product information, shipping details, and issue resolution.
- Handle product returns and exchanges efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve shipping-related issues.
- Accurately record customer interactions and transactions.
- Create promotional materials and engaging content using Canva to attract customers and enhance social media engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to improve the customer experience.
- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process or policy improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, eBay, Amazon) is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Canva for designing and creating engaging content.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and adaptable to fast-changing environments.
- Positive attitude, interest in technology, and commitment to excellent customer service.
