- Collaborating closely with country teams, the Regional Platform Policy and Governance Team is responsible for the design, execution, and day to day operations of platform policies in our 6 markets across SEA. We are looking for seller fulfillment policy operation managers/senior managers to join our team to lead platform policy related projects and manage daily operations of seller fulfillment policy. Responsibilities may include working on designing or improving policies, and enhancing the operational procedures and related products and mechanism.**Responsibilities**:
- Detailed job scopes as below,- Conduct data analysis and deep dive on cancellation/fulfillment performance to identify problems and propose action plans
- Cultivate understanding of customers/sellers pain points and customers/seller needs in fulfillment operation
- Design and Upgrade fulfillment policy to improve seller fulfillment performance and buyer experience
- Propose and lead end-to-end product solutions to improve seller fulfillment performance and buyer experience
- Monitor progress of the projects and performance metrics

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Degree holders
- Strong data analysis skills (SQL capability is a must)
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and adapt to changes
- Project management skills and capability to work cross-functionally

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
- Experience in business operation, business analysis, consulting, tech industries is a plus
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus
