We are seeking an enthusiastic Human Resource Admin to assist in the rollout, design and implementation of the companies brand and culture. You will help manage our company’s recruiting, screening, online learning, online development and employee performance programs. Some of your responsibilities include creating referral programs, informing employees of new HR policies and helping during our hiring processes. You should have an extensive background in Human Resource and thorough knowledge. Ultimately, you will help make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop, and retain qualified employees. To help drive in the companies culture you will utilize an online HR manage portal to assign managers complete reviews and allow employees to request on-demand reviews and 360 feedback.
**Responsibilities**
- Help with employee onboarding
- Follow up on performance review procedures which have been put in place
- Be available to explain our HR policies and ensure employees understand
- Perform effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Use the companies online HR portal to track and incentivizes employees
- Measure employee retention, turnover rates & overall happiness
- Organize office events and trips
- Keep track of employee birthday's and work anniversaries
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator
- At least 2-3 years of admin or HR working experience
- Familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems and Applicant Tracking System
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- A curious spirit looking to learn
- Good organization, attention to detail, good time management and takes initiative
- Strong command of English & Thai written and oral communication skills
