HR Generalist

**Human Resources Management**:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting disciplinary actions, and promoting a positive work culture.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Administer performance appraisal process and provide support for career development initiatives.
**Administration**:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies procurement, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to health, safety, and security.
Handle travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation for employees as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR and administrative activities.
SAP Knowledge will be preferable
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Thai.
