**Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer**
- The Marketing Cloud Developer is responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions that empower the Marketing teams to utilize the Marketing Cloud automation platform.-
**Responsibilities**:

- Create SQL-based query activities for audience segmentation, reporting, and data extracts
- Provide Front-end HTML and javascript & HTML coding in support of Cloud Pages; ideally,-
- Integrate with external systems both incoming and outgoing
- Familiarity with SSJS + Automation Studio to make API calls
- Experience in Automation Studio for file imports inclusive of encryption/decryption
- Provide REST support for leveraging SFMC web service to:

- Trigger communications, journeys, and automation
- Transfer data into journeys and data extensions
- Retrieve data from extract tables
- Understand SFMC REST web service
- Familiar with Salesforce connectors (marketing for service/SFCC cartridge)
- Work with Predictive Intelligence / Einstein
- Setup new algorithms
- Guide developers on tagging

**Requirements**:

- 3 years or more hands-on experience designing and developing strategic solutions via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development is desirable
- Contact Builder relational data model configuration
- SQL-based query activities for audience segmentation, reporting, and data extracts
- Designing and creating automation via Automation Studio
- REST support for leveraging the Marketing Cloud web service to transfer data into journeys
- and data extensions- Build triggered sends, journeys, and automation
- Landing page and web form creation via Cloud Pages
- SMS Text campaigns via MobileConnect in Mobile Studio
- Proficient in Ampscript, Javascript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong client service and project management skills; in particular, must have the ability to
- communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively- Ability to rapidly learn technical and business concepts
- Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
- Ability to present technical concepts to technical and business audiences
- Commitment to high-quality work and timely deliverables
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Keeps apprised of industry & digital trends as well as platform enhancements and applies
- this knowledge to business strategy- Validating solution components and providing solution walkthrough with stakeholders

**Desirable**:

- Marketing Cloud Certifications
- Knowledge of Data Cloud
