Introduction to the role:
As a **Key Account Manager for Vaccines and Immune Therapy (V&IT**), you will oversee account performance, engage key stakeholders in the vaccination process, and facilitate vaccination programs to boost rates. This role involves executing sales and marketing strategies within assigned accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully implement the key account plan.

**Accountabilities**:

- Identify sales insights, understand customer needs, and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders like vaccinators and hospital marketing teams to implement vaccination projects.
- Develop partnerships with assigned accounts to boost vaccination rates.
- Create and execute account plans, presenting them to management to meet objectives.
- Manage the assigned budget to ensure effective execution and return on investment.
- Coordinate with marketing and medical teams to drive brand awareness and adoption.
- Work in Bangkok and up-country as a hybrid KAM.

**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or science; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of successful experience in pharmaceuticals.
- Vaccine business experience is required.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative, initiative-driven, with a winning attitude.

**Desirable Skills/Experience**:

- Understanding the vaccination process, vaccine partnership procedures, and immunization practice patterns.
