- Job Description
**Job Purpose**:
- The Key Account Representative is responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships with chain drugstores and wholesalers. The role focuses on driving sales performance, increasing product accessibility, and implementing commercial strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute key account plans tailored to each customer
- Maintain regular engagement with procurement and category teams
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure compliance with trade terms
- Identify sales opportunities and implement growth initiatives
- Drive sell-in and support sell-out strategies
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective action when needed
- Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to plan campaigns
- Coordinate in-store activations, planograms, and promotional programs
- Track competitor activity within the channel
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and competitor trends
- Provide regular business reports, forecasts, and market feedback
- Identify gaps and propose new commercial initiatives
- Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other divisions to address key business issues and drive opportunities
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or any related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Good interpersonal communication, selling and negotiation skills.
- Self-Confidence, have good product knowledge with good presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
- Be proactive to drive for result.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Outlook).
