**Your Challenges**:
Department manager - Marketing Communication is someone who is responsible for initiating and developing marketing communication concept for the business. He/She is also in charge of the business branding and create compelling and engaging content to promote the right brand image.
- Brand building: create brand awareness of MakroPRO to be well accepted among target customers
- Initiate and develop integrated marketing communication concept to impact customers and sales traffics to achieve overall and campaign target.
- Manage the executions of all communication plans to support the campaigns & projects.
- Build a strong relationship with both internal and external related parties
- Organize the details of all executions for each projects (e.g. timeline, budgets)
- Conduct market research to gain customer trends and insight, along with predicting future trends in the market
- Create compelling, engaging content to promote our products and services for business customers.
- Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Utilize industry best practices and Makro’s Asset to inspire ideas and content.
- Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results.
- Manage expense within given budget.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (communications, marketing, advertising or business) preferred
- 3-5 years experience in Marketing communication / project management/ Advertising Agency / Retail business.
- Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
- Organized team player
- Able to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Self-driven, multi-tasks, well-organized, detail and result oriented, prompt response and adaptable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal.
- Willing to work under pressure and tough situation and meet deadlines.
- Excellent command of MS office program such as PowerPoint, word, Excel.
- Good skill of English for business communication.
- Think creatively
- Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment and experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to interact, share ideas and work with individuals from other departments/ventures
