General IT Support Teachnician Duties
- Act as first point of contact with all IT maintenance and coordinate maintenance of IT System
- Keeping records of IT-related purchases and licensing
- Managing and servicing classroom devices
- Maintaining printers and other network connected equipment
- Proactively walking the school campus to check IT equipment and log any faults or damage in the
- IT Helpdesk and take adequate measures.
- Maintain and clean printers include contact printing companies for services.
- Maintain and clean school assets assigned to the technician include projectors, sound systems, cameras etc. in the classroom.
- Staff & Student Services
- Helping students and staff troubleshoot IT-related issues.
- Issuing and maintaining device stock to students and staff.
- Monitoring, replying and assisting students and staff with support requests and help desk tickets.

Others
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders
- Performs any other tasks as assigned by supervisors (Direct and Hierarchical)
