**Role purpose**:
Responsible for coordinating medical assistance, scheduling plan and care for patients, hospital, medical providers as well as working with insurance companies and other medical professionals. Having excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work independently and passionate about healthcare and helping others.

**Key responsibilities are**:

- Day to day Communication with customers travelling internationally, who are face with a medical and travel emergency.
- Day to day coordination locally and internationally with AzP business partner and providers
- Handling all medical assistance cases including medical evacuation, medical monitoring, case management and cost containment
- Supporting travel team to handling call after their working hour
- Preparing daily report to manager
- Perform other duties and special assignments as required.
- Thai Native speaker only
- At least 1 years of experience in Customer Service, Medical Operations related is an advantage.
- In relevant work experience in the Healthcare business and medical assistance is an advantage.
- Qualifications in holding Bachelor degree in any fields
- Good English communication skill, TOEIC 600, if available.
- Excellence Customer Service and Interpersonal skill
- Good problem solving skill
- Flexible to work as shift, holidays, weekends

**Work Conditions**:
Working Hours : 40 hours per week

Working Days : Shift during business hours, 5 days a week
