**Position**: WWPRO Product Referential Officer

**Location**: Ladkrabang, Bangkok

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1) Teamwork with PRC in the realization of the WWPRO deliverables for C1 & C2 New Products.
- Manage the codification creation
- Gather all necessary data from the PRC in charge of the project
- Create and manage the lens codification (Stock & RX) in the Product Referential
- Ensure that the codification is aligned with the codification rules
- Get validation from PR Correspondent
- Create and/or update the L07 logistics file and ensure its availability in the portal.
- Manage the creation of upstream packaging reference
- Gather packaging specifications (product, cup, label ) from relevant departments
- Create and/or Update the L44 Pack file in BDEU, and send it to customer for validation
- Upload the L44 Pack file in the portal
- Send the Pack file database to Manufacturing plants
- Manage the creation of Bill of Materials
- Create the technical products & substrates references in Product Referential
- Create relevant sub-families in BOM Referential
- Create lens Bill of Materials
- Get validation from PR Correspondent

2) Ensure the realization of the WWPRO deliverables for Stock and RX C3 New Products
- Manage the codification creation
- Define the product code following the codification rules
- Provide L07 Logistic file
- Create and manage the lens codification (Stock & RX) in the Product Referential
- Ensure that the codification is aligned with the codification rules
- Get validation from PR Correspondent
- Create and/or update the L07 logistics file and ensure its availability in the portal.
- Provide L44 Packaging file
- Gather packaging specifications (product, cup, label ) from relevant departments
- Create and/or Update the L44 Pack file in BDEU, and send it to customer for validation
- Upload the L44 Pack file in the portal
- Send the Pack file database to Manufacturing plants
- Manage the creation of Bill of Materials
- Create the technical products & substrates references in Product Referential
- Create relevant sub-families in BOM Referential
- Create lens Bill of Materials

3) Manage label layouts
- Create and/or update label layout
- Gather label layout requirements, and create and/or update the label layout
- Ensue to respect the regulations and WW standard

- All members of Worldwide Logistics.
- Central Marketing and Zone Product Leaders
- Continental Logistics.
- Quality teams

**Means (human or others)**:

- WWPRO work standard procedures, as defined in WWPRO QMS
- Information systems and Product technical products databases
- Office automation systems
- Support from Product Referential Corespondence and Product Referential Maintenance teams
