Operation Strategy Specialist

**หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ**
รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร รวมทั้งร่วมในการวิเคราะห์และวางแผนกลยุทธ์และเป้าหมายธุรกิจของทั้งบริษัท ตลอดจนประสานงานเพื่อการติดตามผลการดำเนินการของทุก initiative ให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว ้ และร่วมพัฒนางาน New Business เพื่อ สร้างความยั่งยืนต่อเนื่องให้บริษัท
1. ศึกษาข้อมูลเพื่อวางแผนกลยุทธ์เป้าหมายทางธุรกิจ
2. ผลักดันงานกลยุทธ์สำคัญขององค์กร Strategic Initiatives ตรวจสอบ ติดตาม การดำเนินการตาม Strategic Initiative ของบริษัท
3. ศึกษาและหาเครื่องมือกำหนดกลยุทธ์ มาใช้ จัดทำ และติดตาม Performance & Strategy Analysis ประกอบการนำเสนอในที่
ประชุม
4. ดำเนินการด้าน Business Synergy และศึกษาโอกาส Recurring Income เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันขององคก์รตามแผนกลยุทธ์ และได้รับมอบหมายจาก Top Management, Executive Committee หรือ Board (ร่วมกับหน่วยงานอื่น)
**คุณสมบัติ**
- การศึกษา : ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, การเงิน, เศรษฐศาสตร์,วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือ สาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านวางแผนกลยุทธ์ หรือ กำหนดเป้าหมายองค์กรไม่น้อยกว่า 6-7 ปี
