Job Description:
**Our client is a **Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)** **for Hospitality Industries.**
**Type** of Hiring**:Contract
**Working Day**:4 Days/Week - 12 Hours/Days
**Location**:Bangkok/BTS, Phrom Phong Station
**Responsibilities**:
- Arrange appointment logs into Hospital Information System to meet customer requirements.
- Liaise with doctors, nurses, and staff of various departments to gather information to meet customer needs.
- Providing comments to reinforce employee engagement within the department.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years experience in hospital or business services.
- Experienced in healthcare or relevant industry is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English (Writing, Reading, and Speaking).
- Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Office such as MS Outlook and MS Word.
- Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical communication and coordination efficiency.
- Able to work under pressure.
