The ideal incumbent needs to evaluate the risk for new business & renewals in accordance with standards, to ensure profitable growth and keep abreast of market dynamics and demonstrate market cycle awareness to be able to operate effectively and appropriately.
- Provides A&H UW support to business partners by handling administrative works through researching, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining business operating excellence and admin performance.
- Communication Point of contact for business partners and other departments by understanding and identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding them through corrective steps.
- Improves business efficiency by writing and maintaining business flows & documentation.
- Accommodates on A&H solutions by recommending devices and techniques for A&H externalization systems and online solutions.
- Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
- Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1+ years of work experience
- Highly independent and strong team player
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, Basic IT, Microsoft office (creating pilot tables and summarizing data into reports and dashboards)
- Strong analytical, and IT skills ( PowerBI, writing and optimizing SQL enquiries) are preferable.
