As a social media content executive, you will be responsible for maintaining Minor Hotels, Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spa, and Avani Hotels and Resorts social media platforms. You will also be responsible for creating captivating content for all social media pages as well as monitor user engagement and analysing pages performance. This role coordinates with the internal social media content managers to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating an increased brand equity and company awareness in all areas of social media.
- Develop all-encompassing multi-brand digital marketing strategies_
- _ Create various forms of social media content—text captions, short videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and any new channels. _
- _Develop and align content strategies across all digital and social media Channels by working with other departments, corporate marketing communications team, and agencies to drive awareness, engagement, and traffic to website_
- _ Develop monthly social media reports and adjust strategies to keep up with latest trends and tools across platforms_
- _ Effectively use analytical tools and demographic information to drive social media strategies and SMO strategies to drive performance and revenue to our brand websites._
- _ Drive engagement growth via social media and content strategies in alignment with overall content strategies _
- _Align campaigns with the marketing calendar and seasonal creative concepts _
- _Respond to all comments on social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) daily_
- _ Monitor and review monthly Facebook and Instagram benchmark report against each Comp set for each brand_
- _ Drive the social media culture with our hotels by creating and updating SOPs and training across all brands._
- _ Execute social media campaigns for the brand while ensuring that a consistent marketing message is delivered to the target market. _
- _Curate content for the brands through a User-Generated-Content tool_
- _ Be the point of contact to properties to resolve technical social media related tickets**Qualifications**
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or social media
- 1-2 years of experience as a social media executive at a similar company
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and X)
- Creative thinker with flexible and engaging writing style
- Keen eye for detail
- Proactive working style
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English (knowledge of Thai and other languages is a plus)
- Project management and organizational skills
- Understanding of the linkage between social media the impact to the business
- Some technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Analytical skills and research skills
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Skills in photo and video editing tool such as Canva, CapCut, Lightroom
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, etc)
