**Responsibilities**:

- Strategise and ensure the forecasted sales targets, revenue, profit margin and payment collections are achieved.- Develop new key clients and foster strong relationships to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, organize localised marketing campaigns to create leads.- Lead the engagement of existing and potential clients and stakeholders (owners, partners, banks, government bodies, etc) to win new business, and grow existing customer accounts.- Provide a continuous target improvement focus, sales cadence on pipeline creation, forecasting and market expertise to the business.- Ensure accurate and timely submission in CRM for quotation, sales forecast, delivery/backlog, inventory, collection and expense reports.- Collaborate with global sales and R&D team (in China) to provide support for local clients.- Comply with Wiseasy’s policies and procedures to commit to honest and ethical business conduct.**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering or related field.- At least 5 years relevant working experience in sales management, marketing in a global company.- Relevant experience in digital payment industry is an added advantage.- Experienced working cross-functionally in a global, culturally diverse team.- Analytical, strong organizational skills and with strong commercial acumen.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Open-minded, positive working attitude, able to multi-task.- Independent, pro-active and taking ownership and accountability for assignments.- Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).- Proficient in English and local language. Knowledge in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking colleagues is an added advantage.- Travelling may be required.
