**HR Coordinator**
**Department : HR CoE & HR Services (BP62091)**
**Job Overview**
The role is to support HR administration tasks in HR Services Functions including Time and Attendance system administration, Benefits Administration, Employee Services/Support on site, reporting, employee's transaction etc. for all Thailand entities.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
1. Administer employees’ benefits plan including enrollment, termination, benefits claim, reporting.
2. Prepare time and attendance data and reports.
3. Administer Time and attendance system registration (users, badges) for new hires
4. Administer the Employee Contact Center functional mailbox.
5. Be on site at all entities per the schedule to support the employee’s administration, inquires.
6. Support HR Services team on general administration tasks.
**Minimum qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- At least 0-1 year of experience in human resource management or administration works.
- Strong communication skill.
- Fair command of English spoken and written.
- Service minded, sense of urgency and confidentiality.
