**About the role**
This position to support the growing business of Solar Trade in Thailand, reporting to Senior Sales Manager.
**What You Will Do**:
- Manage the sales team in the Thailand covering residential, C&I and utility solar sales.
- Takes lead in team planning, target setting and sales strategy planning.
- Works with operations team to ensure sales team support for demand planning, order planning, logistics and warehouse management.
- Provides marketing feedback and enables marketing activities to promote brand and products in order to increase sales in the market.
- Understand customer requirements and develop work with suppliers to promote sales in the Thailand
- Improve market share by increasing sales accounts and developing client relationships in Thailand.
- Continuous improvement of sales revenue in Thailand and contributing to trade and distribution margins for SEA region.
- Manage pre and post sales requirements of the client during the whole life cycle of the project.
- Keep informed about industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, and report to the regional office regularly.
- Taking care of the customer purchase from on-line and off-line
**What You Bring**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in industrial products or renewable energy related businesses.
- Must have solar and sales experience and knowledge.
- Must have good understanding and market knowledge of Thailand solar market.
- Strong market acumen and have good market network in Thailand solar industry
- Knowledge in CRM and ERP (NetSuite) software is preferred.
- Customer centric and motivated to sell and contribute to overall company sales performance.
- Possess good systematic and analytical thinking and customer service mind-set.
- Should be able to work independently in a dynamic and high-performance environment.
- Good in English (written and spoken).
- Digitalization knowledge is a plus
