**2. Social Security**: ดูแลการแจ้งเข้า แจ้งออก และงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประกันสังคม

**3. Safety & Health**: วางแผนฝึกอบรมด้านความปลอดภัย

**4. Training & Development**: สนับสนุนงานด้านการฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรและร่วมวางแผนกับพนักงาน Training Roadmap

**5. Personnel Administration**: งานเอกสาร / ระบบข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบุคลากร เช่น จัดการข้อมูลระบบสารสนเทศด้านงานบุคคล ฐานข้อมูลพนักงาน ประวัติการทำงาน ข้อมูลคุณวุฒิ ข้อมูลประเมินการปฏิบัติงาน เป็นต้น

**6. Labour Relations**: งานแรงงานสัมพันธ์ ดูแลงานด้านระเบียบวินัยและกฎหมายแรงงาน สื่อสารให้พนักงานเข้าใจถึงระเบียบข้อบังคับของบริษัท สอบสวนการกระทำความผิดและลงโทษพนักงาน เจรจาต่อรองกับสหภาพแรงงาน รับและตอบสนองต่อข้อเรียกร้องของพนักงาน ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายแรงงานอื่นๆ รวมทั้ง ดูแลงานด้านการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างพนักงานกับพนักงานและพนักงานกับบริษัท

ปริญญาตรี

2 ปีขึ้นไป

มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในสายงาน HRM 2 ปีขึ้นไป

มีภาวะผู้นำ ขยัน ระเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบในงานสูง

ทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้ดี
