We are looking for ambitious and goal-oriented Consignment Agents to join our vibrant Sales team. We value individuals with proven sales experience and know exactly how to target and secure a sales prospect.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify sales leads, generate new opportunities and follow up on them timely.
- Develop and manage good relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Present offers and deals to customers
- Advise on available solutions
- Manage and follow through the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
- Promote positive brand image of motorist by maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- Strong, proven track record in sales
- Independent and target-focused. Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Highly self-motivated, with a strong positive mindset
- Open to working on weekends & public holidays

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Diploma degree
- 1 -2 years’ experience in used car business
- Understanding of used car pricing and market trend
- Analytical ability. (can evaluate the chance of selling)
- Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
