Head of IFM & Property Management
**Job Description Summary**

The position holder will be an exceptional individual with proven talent to lead the IFM team based in Thailand and support other property service provided.

This role delivers services through a strategic business plan and leads our employees within the business unit to enable C&W to provide a profitable core facilities management service to our clients. This role is also responsible for ensuring consistency with the business strategy, consistency of processes and service delivery customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.

This position provides leadership and management across all aspects of IFM in Thailand including, but not limited to:
1. Service Delivery Standards Excellence

2. Establishing and Implementing a Strategy on the Client and Employee

Experience

3. Talent Management and Team Development

4. Financial Performance (including P&L, contract expansion / renewals etc.)

5. Expanding revenue with existing Clients

**Essential functions and responsibilities**:
Finance & Budget
- Develop and oversee annual IFM Annual Operating Plan (“AOP”) planning, preparation, management, tracking and P&L forecast, through to and actualization.
- Regular meetings with senior management to report on AOP.

Client Relationship & Service Excellence
- Build and maintain good relationship with clients and key stakeholders.
- Overcome challenges and adversities possessed by critical clients.
- Ensure tight milestones, KPIs and targets are met promptly and objectively.
- Maintain effective and timely reporting processes and activities to the respective client.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence.

Business Development
- In alignment with Thailand Country Senior Directors, and Senior Director IFM (Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand) seek strategic opportunities for business expansion and growth in IFM.
- Prepare initial Client proposals that whilst competitive ensure financial gain.

Team Management and Leadership
- Lead a team of professional staff to provide efficient and effective IFM & Property Management services and provide building-related equipment maintenance and M&E services to commercial buildings, government buildings, and institutional buildings.
- Develop the competency and capabilities of both technical & managerial teams through identified focused training to nurture talent.
- Undertake employee performance evaluations within the department on a regular basis to ensure that company goals and objectives and staff performance standards are met. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of your team members and sub-contractors.
- Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the company's mission; specifically, support improved management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Manage and coach department managers under their direction.
- Ensure that the operations team adheres to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the company.

- Other tasks in support of the company’s customer service and claims related objectives
- Keep informed of developments in the industry by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses.

**Important education**:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred

**Important experience**:

- 10+ years’ experience, 10 years of real estate/facilities management experience preferred
- Competency in facility management with multiple projects and/or accounts
- Experience in resource allocation and implementation
