**MAIN PURPOSE**
- Responsible for Retail strategy in order to ensure that the long-term strategic and financial objectives are achieved.
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day activity of the retail network, ensuring that the short-term sales objectives are reached.
- Represent as a Brand ambassador when representing the Brand at meetings, events, charity dinners and other work-related functions.
- Establish a consistent standard of customer service and ensure that the performance of all sales staff meets the set standards.
- Responsible for the communication and practice of brand’s culture and values in Retail.
- Responsible to build and develop Customer Relation Management to improve Client acquisition and client development initiatives.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Sales Performance & Client Management**
- Propose short and middle term strategies to achieve retail sales and retail management qualitative and quantitative objectives for the financial year
- Evaluating the retail business and to identify the likely/potential sales points by developing strategic plans and sales strategies
- Prepares monthly sales targets for the retail network by boutiques and by personnel in accordance to achieving the annual sales budget.
- Strategize and proposes annual, quarterly and monthly action plans to achieve the sales targets and missions (incl. NTS, WA, LE, HA, etc)
- Regularly calculates, communicates, counsels and/or challenges staff sales performance vs sales targets and retails KPIs
- Approves and maintains control on discounts and gratuities
- Build brand rapport and relationship with end customers-Direct involvement in Sales with Top VIP customers
- Propose progressive improvements and actionable plans providing practical customer base solutions creating a destination luxury Retail ambience
- Coordinate retail activities with internal departments (i.e. PR, Marketing, After Sales and Richemont Shared Service departments) to synergize the needs of all departments in achieving the brand’s objectives
- Ensures that all company resources provided are utilized accordingly in the drive for increased sales productivity - remote sales pay-by-link, WhatsApp Business, Salesforce, virtual previews, etc
- Prepare for business presentations required for Retail Meetings
- Prepare for weekly and monthly Sales and Retail Management related reports
**2) Boutique Teams Management**
- Recruit, evaluate, coach, motivate, develop, and retain a dynamic and effective retail sales force.
- Oversees and maintains optimum and cost-effective labour force planning across the network including being the final decision maker in times of rostering dispute.
- Oversees and maintains discipline in all other workforce HR matters including medical certs, annual leaves, replacement off-days, punctuality, staff purchases, claims, grooming.
- Support the onboarding process of new hires including office/boutique tours/attachments, 1-1 networking meetings, procuring new uniforms and other necessary materials including identifying training modules.
- Ensures that retail team is kept up to date and familiar with new novelties, best practices, advertising campaigns, corporate policies, and all other relevant brand information.
- Facilitates the exchange of information, ideation and brainstorming amongst the Boutique Managers including with other departments.
- Responsible for staff development and identify the training needs of the retail team
- Identify success profiles and talent planning to define career paths and promote advancement
- Promote job retention and deepen employee satisfaction
**3) Boutique Operations**
- Ensure full compliance to Richemont operational guidelines, RIC and brand’s operational guidelines
- Responsible and accountable for the sales and smooth operations of all retail stores
- Implement, monitor, review and ensure efficient in-store systems and processes ensuring optimum care in SHE, stocks, equipment, IT, finance.
- Ensures proper periodical stock counts and audits are being performed and reported accurately to ensure mínimal product shrinkage.
- Monitor and approve the miscellaneous operating expenses of the boutiques to ensure that the general costs of retail operations are kept at optimum levels.
**4) Inter-department collaboration**
- Works with the VM team and Boutique Managers to ensure that the product displays, showcases, visuals and window animations are planned, executed, and maintained according to plan.
